JUDICIAL CLERKSHIPS: Beginning 2017
LAW CLERK TO: One of five Supreme Court justices
NUMBER OF CLERKS: Ten (10), approximately half of whom will be hired to begin employment August 2017.
STARTING DATE: August 30, 2017
LENGTH OF COMMITMENT: The court offers both one and two-year clerkships. A one-year clerkship ends on August 15, 2018; a two-year clerkship ends on August 14, 2019.
SALARY AND BENEFITS: $57,024.00 annually for year 1 of a clerkship; $59,809.00 annually for year 2 of a clerkship. Ten days paid vacation; fifteen days paid sick leave; medical and dental benefits; paid holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS: J.D. degree or candidate for J.D. degree in 2017 from an American law school. Excellent writing and research background.

The New Hampshire Supreme Court will accept applications from February 1, 2016, through June 1, 2016. An application should include a cover letter, a resume, a law school transcript, the names of three references with contact information, and a writing sample of no more than ten pages in
