Neutral Case EvaluationNeutral Case Evaluation is an alternative dispute resolution procedure where a neutral person examines the evidence presented by the parties and counsel in an informal session; listens to their positions, and then gives them his or her evaluation of the case. Having an opinion by a neutral evaluator can often help the parties agree to settle the matter. If the parties do not agree to a settlement, the matter would proceed to trial. Neutral Case Evaluation is available on a pilot basis in the Lebanon Family and Concord Family Division locations. The list below includes Family Judges, Masters and Lawyers who have volunteered to provide Neutral Case Evaluation Services.
