Neutral Case Evaluation

Neutral Case Evaluation is an alternative dispute resolution procedure where a neutral person examines the evidence presented by the parties and counsel in an informal session; listens to their positions, and then gives them his or her evaluation of the case. Having an opinion by a neutral evaluator can often help the parties agree to settle the matter. If the parties do not agree to a settlement, the matter would proceed to trial.

Neutral Case Evaluation is available on a pilot basis in the Lebanon Family and Concord Family Division locations.  The list below includes Family Judges, Masters and Lawyers who have volunteered to provide Neutral Case Evaluation Services.  If you have a case in either Lebanon or Concord Family Division that you think could benefit from Neutral Case Evaluation, please contact either:
