LOCATION OF COURTHOUSE
The Hillsborough County Superior Court Southern District courthouse is located in Nashua at 30 Spring Street, which is one block east of Main Street between East Hollis Street and Pearl Street. DIRECTIONS
PARKING
The Elm Street Parking Garage is available for use by jurors. You should have received a green juror parking card for use in the garage on the third and fourth floors.
ATTENDANCE
If there is an emergency situation that prevents you from appearing on a day you are scheduled to report, call the clerk's office immediately.
All requests for exemptions and postponements must be in writing and received by the court, along with your juror questionnaire by the date specified in your letter from the court. No requests for exemptions or postponements can be handled by telephone.
NOTE: IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR FOR JURY DUTY YOU COULD BE HELD IN CONTEMPT OF COURT.
FIRST DAY FACTS
As a juror you must report for instructions at the time requested.
Please report to jury reception on the second floor of the courthouse. At that time you will receive further information from the clerk’s staff and instructions from a justice of the superior court. Instructions will take approximately 2 ½ hours.
