NEWS ADVISORY

The New Hampshire Supreme Court will hear oral argument in the above captioned case on June 7, 2002 at 10 a.m. There are 75 seats available in the courtroom.

Ten seats have been reserved for members of the media and 10 have been reserved for parties to the case. Seats that have not been reserved will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

All broadcast equipment should be in place and tested by 9:15 a.m. Equipment shall not be adjusted or dismantled during the proceedings.

Visitors should allow ample time for parking and security procedures prior to entry into the courtroom. The courthouse opens at 8:30 a.m.

No cameras are allowed in the courtroom except for the media pool assignment. Cellular phones should be turned off and muted at all times. Hand held tape recorders may be used but should NOT be placed on the bar to the well of the courtroom.

Broadcast or print interviews will NOT be permitted inside the courtroom or inside the courthouse either before or after oral argument.
