Superior Court Chief Justice Robert J. Lynn will hear a plea and sentencing in the above captioned case at the Hillsborough County Superior Court on 30 Spring Street in Nashua on Monday, August 21, 2006 at 9:00 am in Courtroom 8.

Seats are on a first come, first served basis to the public and the media.

The courthouse opens at 8:00 a.m. All broadcast equipment should be in place and tested by 8:30 a.m. Equipment shall not be adjusted or dismantled during the proceedings. Media are advised to arrive early to allow for security procedures prior to entry to the courthouse.

No cameras are permitted in the courtroom except for the pool assignments:

During the proceedings, cellular telephones should be turned off or muted at all times.

Broadcast or print interviews will not be permitted inside the courtroom either before or after the proceedings. Laptop computers are permitted.
