(2nd degree murder, aggravated DWI, reckless conduct)

          A probable cause hearing in the above captioned case has been scheduled for 8 a.m. on May 14, 2008   Courtroom #2 at Nashua District Court, 25 Walnut Street Oval, Nashua NH. Nashua District Court Judge Thomas E. Bamberger will preside.

          Media are advised that in accordance with District Court Rule 1.4 (e) (1), Judge Bamberger has determined that, in anticipation of multiple media requests for access, pool coverage will be required for both video and still photographers at the above captioned hearing.
