STATEMENT FROM CHIEF JUSTICE BRODERICK ON CONBOY NOMINATION

June 1, 2009---Chief Justice John T. Broderick Jr. issued the following statement in response to the nomination of Superior Court Judge Carol Ann Conboy to serve on the New Hampshire Supreme Court:

"My colleagues and I want to thank Gov. Lynch for making the nomination today to the Supreme Court. Judge Conboy has been an outstanding trial court judge and I wish her well in her confirmation hearings."
