Supreme Court Now Seeking Electronic Copies of Briefs, Memos
September 15, 2009--The New Hampshire Supreme Court is now requesting that a party filing a brief or memorandum of law submit an electronic copy on a compact disc, along with the original and eight paper copies required by court rules. The electronic copy should be in portable document format (pdf). The label of the CD should include the case name and number, and should identify the brief or memorandum being filed.
Supreme Court clerk Eileen Fox said parties are not required to submit the electronic copies, but are encouraged to do so. Briefs or memos submitted on CD will be posted on a regular basis on the Judicial Branch website.
