     President Bill Clinton will present the New Hampshire Supreme Court Society's Life & Liberty Award posthumously to Congressman Tom Lantos at 4:45 p.m. on December 2. The award will be accepted by the late Congressman's wife, Annette Lantos. The event will take place at the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
