2008-0945 State of New Hampshire v. Michael Addison
CONCORD, April 26 — Oral argument in the above captioned case will be held on April 28, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. at the New Hampshire Supreme Court, One Charles Doe Drive, Concord.
The Attorney General and the Appellate Defender will each have 30 minutes for oral argument. The parties will address the process that the court should follow in reviewing the sentence of death and in making specific determinations required by RSA 630:5, XI, and the standards the court should apply to each of the three factors enumerated in RSA 630:5, XI. See Supreme Court order dated July 29, 2009.
The argument will be broadcast live through the Judicial Branch WebCAST.
The courtroom will be opened to the public 30 minutes prior to the start of oral argument. There will be 75 seats available in the courtroom. Ten seats will be reserved for the media. Seats will be made available to the public on a first come, first serve basis. The courthouse opens at 8:30 a.m.
All broadcast equipment should be in place and tested 15 minutes prior to the start of the court proceeding. Equipment shall not be adjusted or dismantled during the proceedings.
No cameras are allowed in the courtroom except for the media pool assignment.

Electronic devices are permitted subject to Supreme Court order dated January 11, 2008. Hand held tape recorders may be used but should NOT be placed on the bar to the well of the courtroom.
Broadcast or print interviews will NOT be permitted inside the courtroom or inside the courthouse either before or after oral argument.
