Supreme Court Oral Arguments for January 12 Rescheduled

CONCORD, January 11, 2011-- Supreme Court oral arguments scheduled for Wednesday January 12, 2011 have been cancelled in anticipation of severe winter weather. Arguments in most of the cases have been rescheduled for oral argument on Thursday, February 17, 2011. Parties in the cases will be notified of the scheduling dates and a new oral argument list will be posted on the Judicial Branch website.

The Supreme Court will be open for normal business hours on January 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
