CONCORD, October 24--The Judicial Branch will host a public forum on November 2, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. about e-Court, the project now underway to eliminate paper processes in the state courts, which will increase efficiencies and improve constituent services throughout the court system. The one-hour forum will be held at the Administrative Office of the Courts, Two Charles Doe Drive, Concord.
During the forum, project administrators will be seeking input from the legal community, state officials and the public on six key e-Court issues to be decided by the NH Supreme Court: user-fees for filing and transactions; conditions for mandatory e-filing; design of e-Court services and number of vendors; document storage; implemention of system by case type or entire courts; implementation with new cases filed or include active and closed cases.
The forum will be moderated Associate Supreme Court Justice Gary E. Hicks who is leading the e-Court project for the Judicial Branch.
