January 9, 2012 - Members of the legal community, state officials and agency representatives, law enforcement and members of the public are invited to offer their input on the results of discussions on six key NH e-Court  policy issues:

• user-fees for filing and transactions
• conditions for mandatory e-filing
• design of e-Court services and number of vendors
• document storage
• implementation of  system by case type or entire courts
• implementation to start with new cases filed or include active and closed cases.

Project manager Peter Caradonna will also discuss the master plan for the NH e-Court project which will be posted on the NH e-Court website prior to the January 19 public forum.  Check out the website at http://www.courts.state.nh.us/nh-e-court-project/index.htm.

Ongoing feedback on the NH e-Court project as it is developed is essential to the project's ultimate success. The first public forum on November 2 provided us with valuable ideas from the people who will be using NH e-Court in the future. We need your continued input. Please join us on January 19!
