Legislators, members of the legal community, state officials and agency representatives, law enforcement and members of the public are invited to participate in a public forum updating progress on the NH e-Court Project. Judicial Branch Chief Technology Officer Peter Croteau will present a status report on the following:

• Identification of 122 e-Court case types and finalization of "Lean Business Process;" creation of Phase 1 Small Claims Stakeholder Group including six attorneys
• Solicitation of bids and selection of software vendor by March 5; development of Attorney Case Management System; Existing Capital Budget Funding and Capital Budget/Operating Budget Requested
• Website improvements; posting of project overview and FAQs; ongoing development of project stakeholder lists

A question and answer session will follow the status report. The February 5th session is the third public forum designed to provide ongoing communication with the wide variety of people who will be using NH e-Court in the future.
