Chief Justice Dalianis said, “Mary Ann brings tremendous legal talents, as well as a deep understanding of state government to her new role as general counsel. I will be counting on her leadership and insight when it comes to dealing with everything from employment issues, vendor contracts and NH e-Court, to increasing the transparency of the Judicial Branch and answering Right-to-Know questions. She will be an excellent addition to our senior staff.”
“I am honored to have been selected for this position and look forward to working with all members of the Judicial Branch,” said Dempsey. “I have profound respect for the work our courts perform for the citizens of New Hampshire and I am privileged to provide guidance to the court system in my role as general counsel.”
