In estates opened solely to pursue a cause of action, a
Fiduciary may file a motion to postpone the filing of annual accounts while the
underlying legal action is pending. In lieu of an account, the Fiduciary shall
file status reports as ordered by the Court. In no event, however, shall a
Fiduciary be excused from filing an account for more than three (3) consecutive
years.
