Circuit Court Probate Division Rules Table of Contents
For purposes of this rule, a private claim is defined as a
claim against the estate by the Fiduciary or a claim against the Fiduciary by
the estate. The Fiduciary shall give notice of a private claim either by:
1. Including the words "and
private claim of" within the heading of the account and in the notice of
such account.
2. Setting out the claim in a
separate Motion to the Court.
