RULES OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE -- PROBATE DIVISION
Rule 104. SURETY OR BENEFICIARY AS APPRAISER OR COMMISSIONER.
No surety on the bonds of Administrators, trustees,
guardians, or conservators, nor any Person Beneficially Interested in an estate,
shall be appointed appraiser or commissioner of the same estate.
