Circuit Court Probate Division Rules Table of Contents
When a copy of an inventory is sent to a Party or a
Beneficially Interested Person, failure to object within ten (10) days after the
date the inventory is filed in the Court, shall act as a waiver of the right to
object to the inventory and the right to any further notice concerning any
hearing on the inventory.
