RULES OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE -- PROBATE DIVISION
Rule 106-B. LICENSE TO SELL, MORTGAGE, OR LEASE - Notification of
Proceeds.
In a sale, mortgage, or lease under license, the Fiduciary
shall notify the Court of the net proceeds of the sale, mortgage, or lease
within thirty (30) days following receipt of such proceeds.
