RULES OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE -- PROBATE DIVISION
Rule 16. ADDRESSING THE COURT.
Anyone addressing the Court or examining a witness shall
stand. No one shall approach the bench to address the Court except by permission
of the Court.
