Circuit Court Probate Division Rules Table of Contents
No Attorney shall be compelled to testify in any Cause in
which the Attorney is retained, unless the Attorney has been notified in
writing, not less than thirty (30) days prior to the hearing that the Attorney
will be summoned as a witness therein.
