RULES OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE -- PROBATE DIVISION
Rule 6. PETITIONS, MOTIONS, OR PLEADINGS - Addressing the Court.
No Attorney or Party shall directly address himself or
herself by Petition, Motion or Pleading, to any Judge of Probate, but shall file
such Petition, Motion or Pleading with the appropriate Register.
