RULES OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE -- PROBATE DIVISION
Rule 99. WILLS - With Charitable Trust, Charitable Remainder Trust or
Charitable Bequest.
Whenever a will containing a charitable trust, charitable
remainder trust, or charitable bequest is presented for probate, the Register
shall send a copy of said will to the Director of Charitable Trusts within
fourteen (14) days after the will is allowed.
