RULES OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

    165. Receivers, on appointment, shall file a bond with sufficient sureties for the faithful discharge of their duties, payable to the Clerk and his successor, for the benefit of all persons interested. They shall file inventories within thirty days after their appointment, and shall file accounts under oath of all their transactions, receipts and expenditures, on the first days of January and July, and at such other times as the Court may order.
