[Editor’s note: The rules that follow were, prior to October 1, 2013, titled Rules of the Superior Court of the State of New Hampshire. Effective October 1, 2013, these rules applied only in criminal cases filed in Superior Court and in domestic relations cases filed in the Cheshire County Superior Court. DISMISSAL OF OLD NON-JURY CASES


    168. All non-jury cases, civil and equity, other than marital cases which are covered by Rule 210, which shall have been pending upon the docket for three years, without any action being shown on the docket other than being placed on the trial list, shall be marked "non-suit" or "dismissed" as the case may be, and notice thereof sent to the attorneys.
