The justices heard oral arguments in two actual cases and later took questions from the student audience about the work of the Supreme Court.

Question and answer sessions with lawyers followed each case. In a separate discussion, the justices answered student questions about their work.
After two cases are heard, the members of the Supreme Court return to the stage at Phillips Exeter to talk with students about being a justice and the work of the appellate court.
