SUPERIOR COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NUMBER 19
Reports filed by guardians ad litem in domestic relations cases involving custody and/or visitation for any minors shall be placed in an envelope marked "Confidential". The guardian's report shall be made available only to parties in the case and their attorneys. If anyone asks to see the file who is neither a party or an attorney who has filed an appearance in the case, the envelope should be removed from the file before presenting the file to that individual.
Anyone not entitled to see the report shall be told to follow the procedures outlined in the Supreme Court's Administrative Order 92-8 entitled "Guidelines for Public Access to Court Records".
