SUPERIOR COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NUMBER 28

Under authority conferred by the New Hampshire Supreme Court, the following Administrative Order is issued.

In cases where a Guardian ad Litem bill has not been paid by one of the parties, and the Guardian seeks to file a Motion to Compel Payment or a Motion for Contempt on a closed case, the regular fee to bring a case forward shall be waived in the first instance.

Notice to the party or parties regarding hearings can be made by certified mail in the discretion of the court to reduce the cost of the proceedings.

A judge or master may inquire of the party or parties as to whether they should be responsible for the court costs. In those circumstances, the filing fees and service fees shall be paid by the party or parties.
