SUPERIOR COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NUMBER 29

Under authority conferred by the New Hampshire Supreme Court, the following Administrative Order is issued.

Pursuant to RSA 651:3 in adult criminal cases, all orders of restitutions shall require payment through the Department of Corrections, Division of Field Services. The Court shall add 17% to the total restitution payment as an administrative fee to be paid by the offender. The only exception to this rule shall be those cases in which restitution is completed prior to sentencing.
