THE LAW CLERKS HAVE PRIMARY ASSIGNMENTS AT SUPERIOR COURT LOCATIONS IN BRENTWOOD, CONCORD, KEENE, DOVER, LACONIA, MANCHESTER, NASHUA AND HAVERHILL. IN ADDITION, ALL LAW CLERKS TRAVEL TO PROVIDE EXTRA COVERAGE AND TO ASSIST IN LANCASTER, NEWPORT AND OSSIPEE AS NEEDED. |
NUMBER OF CLERKS: Currently
fourteen (14), approximately half of whom will be hired
to begin August 2014.
STARTING DATE AND LENGTH OF COMMITMENT: Two-year
commitment
YEARLY SALARY: Starting at $48,043; increasing to $50,391 in August 2015.
BENEFITS: In the first year : 10 paid vacation days; medical and dental benefits, paid holidays. In the second year: 15 paid vacation days, medical and dental benefits, paid holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS: J.D. Degree. Superior research and writing skills.
OTHER: Some travel to courts beyond the assigned court may be required.
