Are you trying to “eat right”, but confused by conflicting information?  Do you want to know some simple things you can do so you and your family eat better?  If you are trying to make good nutrition a part of your lifestyle and want more information, this program can help. You’ll learn ways to fit better nutrition into your busy lifestyle. This program is sponsored by the Employee Assistance Program and is being presented by University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension Educators. Lunch will be provided.
