AOC

	Michael Pepin was hired on April 17, 2006 as the Technical Trainer. He taught computer applications at Hesser College for the last seven years.
	Carolyn Spencer was promoted from Court Assistant III at Strafford County Superior Court to Odyssey Project Member at the AOC.
Victoria McLean was promoted from Court Assistant II at Rochester District Court to Odyssey Project Member at the AOC.

SUPREME COURT    

	Hon. Gary E. Hicks an associate justice of the Superior Court since 2001, was sworn in as the 104th member of the New Hampshire Supreme Court on January 30, 2006.
	As of July 21, The Supreme Court and the AOC will have new addresses in honor of Charles Doe who served as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court from 1876-1896.  Gov. John Lynch signed a bill passed by the state legislature that changes the entrance road from Hazen Drive to "Charles Doe Drive." The campus where the Supreme Court and AOC are located will be known as "Charles Doe Place."

FAMILY DIVISION

Michelle Brown was promoted from Acting Family Division Coordinator in the Plymouth Family Division to Regional Court Clerk for Grafton Family Division. 

Kathy Schnyer was promoted from Court Assistant II at Lebanon District Court to Case Manager at Sullivan County Family Division. 

Audrey Theroux was promoted from Court Assistant II at Coos County Superior Court to Court Assistant III at Littleton Family Division. 

Elaine Lowe was promoted from Court Clerk II at Gorham District Court to Regional Court Clerk at Coos County Family Division.

Linda Grey was promoted from Family Division Court Systems Clerk to Acting Regional Court Clerk at Sullivan County Family Division. 

LoriAnne Dionne was promoted from Court Assistant III at Plymouth Family Division to Regional Court Clerk at Carroll County Family Division.

Marcey Joy was promoted from Court Assistant II at Strafford Probate Court to Court Monitor Assistant at Carroll County Family Division.

Darcy Stearns was promoted from Court Clerk III at Lebanon District Court to Case Manager at Grafton County Family Division. 

Libby Smith was promoted from Court Systems Clerk of the Family Division to Case Manager at Coos County Family Division. 

Linda Rich was promoted from Court Assistant II at Berlin District Court to Court Assistant III at Berlin Family Division.

Lillian Tillson was promoted from Court Assistant III at Carroll County Superior Court to Case Manager at Carroll County Family Division. 

Wanda Loanes was promoted from Court Assistant III at Belknap County Superior Court to Case Manager at Laconia Family Division.

SUPERIOR COURT

Tori Schriver was promoted from Court Assistant II to Court Assistant III at Cheshire County Superior Court.
	Deborah Noel was promoted from Court Assistant II to Court Assistant III at Merrimack County Superior Court.
Katherine Spillane was promoted from Court Assistant II at Manchester District Court to Court Assistant III at Strafford County Superior Court.

	John Dube was promoted from a Per Diem CSO to a CSO I at Nashua District Court.
Nicole Dubuque was promoted from Court Assistant IV to Court Assistant V at Nashua District Court. Susan Nye was promoted from Court Systems in the District Court to Court Clerk III at Exeter District Court.
	Ron Soucy was promoted from CSO I at the Administrative Office of the Courts to CSO II at Manchester District Court.
Diane Carroll was promoted from District Court Systems Clerk to Court Clerk III at Lebanon District Court.  Deborah Nichols was promoted from Court Assistant III to Court Clerk III at Plymouth District Court.  Tracey Dusseault was promoted from Court Assistant II to Court Assistant IV at Nashua District Court. Hon. Thomas T. Barry was promoted from a Special Justice at Hillsboro District to Acting Presiding Justice.

PROBATE COURT

Carol Reilly was promoted from Court Assistant II at Carroll County Probate Court to Court Systems Clerk for the Probate Court.

RETIREMENTS

Nancy Hubbard retired from her position of Case Manager of the Plymouth Family Division on March 31, 2006.
	Honorable Harold Perkins retired from the Superior Court bench on April 7, 2006.
	Marital Master Martha W. Copithorne retired on April 28, 2006.
Robert Weddleton retired on February 28, 2006. Sandra Poitras retired from her position of Court Clerk III at Plymouth District Court on April 28, 2006.
