AOC

Lorraine Albanese

Lorraine Albanese (pictured left) is Administrative Assistant to Barbara Sweet, Director of NH Judicial Branch Education. Lorraine's main responsibilities will be assisting in internal event planning, working with presenters, processing requests for external conference attendance, and maintaining education department files and records.

Lorraine is originally from New Jersey and has lived in New Hampshire for over 10 years. She has four Shetland Sheepdogs which are certified therapy dogs. Lorraine and her husband volunteer with the dogs at local hospitals and nursing homes.

Other new employees at the AOC are Peter Croteau (see IT update), Susan Moseley, a research data analyst, and Carolyn Bartlett, secretary II. Tomasz Jablonski, has rejoined the AOC staff as a LAN specialist III.

SUPREME COURT    

Jennifer Westover was promoted from Secretary III at the District Court Administrative Office to Court Assistant III at the Supreme Court.

The newest employees at the Supreme Court are Attorney Brett Gifford and Susan Hall, a Court Assistant III.

FAMILY DIVISION

The newest Family Division Marital Master is Hon. Thomas Cooper. Master Cooper is married to Catherine Dube-Cooper who is the Jury Administrator for the U.S. District Court; they have three children Jonathan, Danielle, and Caitlind. He received a B.S. from American University in Washington, DC and J.D. Franklin Pierce Law Center . Master Cooper was the Legislative Counsel to National League of Cities and U.S. Conference of Mayors, Washington D.C. He was Legal Counsel to N.H. Governor Hugh J. Gallen from 1980-1982 . From December 1982 to February 2008 he was in private practice (general trial practice) with Perkins Upshall and Cooper and Upshall, Cooper and Temple PA. His practice included criminal and civil litigation including family law and personal injury representation . Master Cooper is a member of various school PTO's and youth sports booster associations. He coaches youth softball, baseball, basketball and soccer teams.

Loren Thompson was promoted from Court Monitor Assistant to Case Manager at Derry Family Division. Vanessa Lizotte was promoted from Court Assistant II at Salem District Court to Court Monitor Assistant at Portsmouth Family Division. Patti Gill was promoted from Court Assistant II to Family Division Case Manager at Brentwood Family Division. Theresa McCafferty was promoted from Secretary III at Manchester District to Administrative Court Assistant I at Derry Family Division. Talia Davis was promoted from Court Assistant II at Strafford Probate Court to Court Monitor Assistant at Ossipee Family Division. Robin Reichert was promoted from Court Assistant II at Keene District Court to Court Monitor Assistant at Claremont Family Division.

New employees of the Family Divison are Jenny LaPanne , Rochester Family Division at Strafford County Building, Andrea Dumont , Rochester Family Division at Strafford County Building, Nancy Hubbard , Plymouth Family Division, Terry Hunt, Claremont Family Division, Holly Williams, Henniker Family Division, Amelia Philbin , Plymouth Family Division, Angeles Melendez, Brentwood Family Division, Barbara Clark, Brentwood Family Division, Miriam Hood, Lebanon Family Division and Kathleen Lacey, Derry Family Division.

SUPERIOR COURT

Christine Hawkins was promoted from Court Monitor III to Court Assistant IV at Strafford Superior Court. Julie Keller was promoted from Court Assistant II at Rockingham County Superior Court to Court Monitor Assistant at the Superior Administrative Court Center. Kelly Manning was promoted from Court Assistant II at Hillsborough County Probate Court to Court Monitor Assistant at Hillsborough County Superior Court North. Elizabeth Chase was promoted from Court Monitor Assistant to Court Assistant IV at Rockingham County Superior Court.

New Employees in the Superior Court are Katherine Bentley , Strafford County Superior Court, Aunaliese Hillock, Cheshire County Superior Court, Jennifer Mason , Superior Court Administrative Center, Susan Finnegan, Hillsborough Superior Court South, Patricia Gross, Merrimack County Superior Court and Sandra McKinley, Hillsborough County Superior North.

DISTRICT COURT

Terri Crawford was promoted from Court Assistant II at Newport Family Division to Court Assistant III at Newport District Court. Lindsey O'Brien was promoted from part-time Court Assistant II to Court Assistant II at Salem District Court. Robin Pinelle was promoted from Administrative Assistant I at Derry Family Division to Court Clerk III at Goffstown District Court. Lorena Patria was promoted from Court Monitor III at Cheshire County Superior Court to Court Assistant IV at Keene District Court. Melanie MacQuesten was promoted from Court Assistant II at Manchester District Court to Secretary III at Manchester District Court. Sharon Perreault was promoted from Court Monitor Assistant at Merrimack County Superior Court to Service Center Case Manager for the District and Family Courts. Cynthia Silva was promoted from Court Monitor at Claremont Family Division to Court Systems Clerk for the District Court administrative office.

The newest District Court Clerks are Diane Caron, Rochester District Court, Larry Kane, Keene District Court, Tony Anastos , Nashua District Court, and Robin Pinelle, Goffstown District Court.

The newest employees of the District Court are Wendy Mayo, Office of the Administrative Justice, Beth Garcia , Keene District Court, Taryn Hussey, Concord District Court, Katherine Johnson, Hooksett District Court, Manu Cunha, Salem District Court, Dorothy Charette, Exeter District Court and Ellen Szymanski, Derry District Court.
