2008-2009 NHBA President Ellen L. Arnold (on the left) presenting Marital Master Pamela D. Kelly, one of the original full-time marital masters who also helped implement the Family Division pilot project in Rockingham County, with the William Grimes Judicial Professionalism award at the 2009 Bar Association Annual Meeting on June 26.
NH Supreme Court Associate Justice Linda Dalianis said of Kelly: "Master Kelly is one of the rocks upon whom the Family Division has been built. She--along with her fellow martial masters--has for very many years done the most difficult job in the judicial branch, with excellence and without complaint. The citizens of New Hampshire owe her a huge debt of gratitude." |
