Stephen Mattera

Stephen Mattera is the AOC project leader for the state's justice information integration project, named J-One. His overall responsibilities are to plan and coordinate AOC and court activities in support of the J-One project. In doing so, Steve works closely with court representatives and IT staff along with numerous representatives from other agencies.

Steve is married and has two sons. He is originally from Rhode Island . He now makes his home in Vermont , where he is an accomplished stonemason and ultra-distance endurance athlete.

A new employee, Gordon Parks, III, is the IT Support Specialist at AOC.

Diane Pearl was promoted from Sr. Accounting Analyst to Accounting Support Specialist at the AOC. Cindy King was promoted from Court Auditor I to Accounting System Specialist. Jeannette Bilodeau was promoted from Court Assistant III at Plymouth Family Division to Court Service Representative II Data/Practice Specialist at AOC.

SUPREME COURT    

New law clerks at the Supreme Court are: Clara Dietel, Nicole Negowetti, Elizabeth Rabbe, Jen Foley, Carolyn Koegler, Sarah Jenkins Merrigan, Rebeka Fortess, and Michael Distefano.

FAMILY DIVISION

Terry McCafferty was promoted from Court Assistant IV at Derry Family Division to Court Clerk V at Salem District Court/Family Division. Robin Pinelle transferred from Court Clerk VI at Goffstown District/Family Division to Court Clerk VI at Derry District/Family Division. Laura Delisle was promoted from Court Assistant II to Court Assistant III at Dover Family Division. Melanie Hinkle transferred from Court Assistant II at Nashua District Court to Court Assistant II at Brentwood Family Division.

SUPERIOR COURT

Dana W. Zucker is retiring as clerk of Belknap County Superior Court. His last day-- after 22 years as Belknap clerk and 31 years in the Judicial Branch--is October 30. Dana, who started his career at Keene District Court in 1978 running a pretrial intervention program for juveniles, plans to work part-time as a Family Division referee in Laconia and Manchester, primarily in child support cases.

Ellen Finkelsen was promoted from Court Assistant II to Court Assistant III at Hillsborough Superior Court South. Laurie Crete was promoted from Court Assistant II to Court Assistant III at Belknap County Superior Court.

New law clerks in the superior court are: Talesha Caynon, Heather Quinn, Heather Devine, Danna Cooper, Megan Yaple, and A. Shay Zeller.

DISTRICT COURT

Cindy Silva transferred from Acting Clerk at Newport District Court to Acting Clerk at Claremont District Court and Denise MacLeod transferred from Court Clerk III at Claremont District Court to Acting Clerk at Newport District Court. Janet Haydon transferred from Accounting System Specialist at AOC to Court Clerk III at Candia District Court.

PROBATE COURT

Debra Crapo
Debra Crapo became the Register of Probate in Rockingham County on January 7, 2009. Sharon Matte transferred from her position at the AOC to Service Center Coordinator at Grafton and Coos Probate Courts.
