The Frank Rowe Kenison Award was presented to Howard J. Zibel, general counsel of the NH Supreme Court, honoring him for his career-long dedication to improvements in the justice system. Zibel, who served for many years as Supreme Court clerk before he was named general counsel, was also instrumental in bringing "We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution" program to NH more than 20 years ago and remains actively involved.

Governor Lynch with Judge Carbon at the 16th Annual Statewide Conference on Domestic and Sexual Violence and Stalking held on May 20-21, 2010 at the Radisson Hotel in Manchester. Judge Carbon was key-note speaker at this year's Conference and one of this year's recipients of the William D. Paine, II Award. This award is given to honor those who have demonstrated an "outstanding commitment to collaborative multi-disciplinary efforts to reduce domestic and sexual violence in New Hampshire." Judge Carbon had worked with Judge Paine before his death in 1997. More photos
