The new employee in the New Hampshire Law Library is Karen Metcalfe, Reference Librarian.

SUPERIOR COURT

Retirements

Kathryn Calder retired from her position of Court Monitor/Assistant at Hillsborough Superior Court South on April 29, 2010. John Clark, Clerk, Hampton District Court retired on May 31, 2010. Honorable Kathleen McGuire retired from the Superior Court on April 30, 2010. Honorable Philip Mangones retired from the Superior Court on April 30, 2010. Honorable James Barry retired from the Superior Court on April 30, 2010.

New Employees

New employees in the Superior Court are Jacklyn Plourde, Court Assistant II, Sullivan Superior Court.

Promotions/Transfers

Susan Snow was promoted from Court Assistant III to Court Assistant IV at Merrimack County Superior Court. Katherine Corbett was promoted from Court Assistant III at Hooksett Family Division to Court Service Representative Superior Court Center.

DISTRICT COURT

Family and District Court Judge, James E. Michalik has been named the new Executive Director of the Family Resource Center (FRC) at Gorham Judge Michalik will leave the bench on September 3rd and begin his new duties with FRC on September 7th. "I have been deeply honored to serve as a Judge. I have treasured every moment of my service. However, I would like to take on a new challenge that gives me an opportunity to work with the community at large rather than on a case by case basis. My interest in service was a strong motivation for me to accept this position. I deeply believe each of us is responsible to help others work through the challenges life puts upon us, especially in difficult times." Said Judge Michalik.

New Employees

New employees in the District Court are Ashley Dunk, Court Assistant II, Keene District Court; Charles Occhipinti, Court Officer, Manchester District and Family Division.

Promotions/Transfers

Deborah Blake was promoted from Court Assistant II to Court Assistant III at Manchester District Court. Robin Camire was promoted from Court Assistant II to Court Assistant III at Franklin District Court. Karen Lesko transferred from Franklin District Court to Laconia District Court. Kimberly Silva was promoted from Court Assistant II at Hillsborough County Superior Court South to Court Assistant III at Nashua District Court. Karen Normand was promoted from Court Assistant III to Court Assistant IV at Manchester District Court.

Gloria Belanger transferred from Brentwood Family Division to Rochester Family Division. Shanna Pinheiro was promoted from Court Assistant II to Court Assistant III at Dover Family Division. Sandra Kevlik was promoted from Court Assistant II at Concord Family Division to Court Assistant III at Hooksett Family Division. Linda Erno transferred from Court Assistant II at Salem Family Division to Court Assistant II at Hooksett Family Division. Holly Williams transferred from Court Assistant II at Henniker Family to Court Assistant II at Brentwood Family Division.
