Jeanine McKenzie was promoted from Court Assistant II at Rockingham County Superior Court to Case Manager at Hooksett Family Division.
SUPERIOR COURT
Christine Hawkins was promoted from Court Monitor III to Court Assistant IV at Strafford Superior Court. Julie Keller was promoted from Court Assistant II at Rockingham County Superior Court to Court Monitor Assistant at the Superior Administrative Court Center. Kelly Manning was promoted from Court Assistant II at Hillsborough County Probate Court to Court Monitor Assistant at Hillsborough County Superior Court North. Elizabeth Chase was promoted from Court Monitor Assistant to Court Assistant IV at Rockingham County Superior Court.

Supreme Court Associate Justice Richard Galway (seen left) has announced his retirement effective February 1, 2009. Justice Galway has served the judicial branch for the past 14 years.
Honorable Francis Fraser retired from the District Court bench on October 26, 2008. Honorable Raymond Cloutier retired from the Probate Court on July 17, 2008. Carolyn Campbell retired from her position at the Keene District Court on July 31, 2008. Raymond Daly retired from his position of court security at Concord District Court on July 31, 2008. Honorable Bruce Larson retired from the District Court bench on September 28, 2008. Charles Langevin retired from his position at the Derry District Court on September 30, 2008. Marjorie Therrien retired from her position with the District Court on October 31, 2008. Honorable Gerald Taube retired from the District Court bench on October 3, 2008.
Denise Prescott retired from her position at the AOC on July 31, 2008. Diane Doiron retired from her position at Sullivan Superior on September 25, 2008. Theresa Bryan retired from her position at Concord Family Division on September 30, 2008.
