Cindy Silva David Hackett Souter
Cindy Silva, a Court Systems Clerk for the District Court , has volunteered to organize the City of Claremont 's holiday decorating, which includes quite the display on the city green every year. According to Pam Kozlowski, Cindy is one of those people who bring holiday cheer with her wherever she goes and regardless of the holiday. Cindy has decorated practically every court location in Sullivan County over the last 10 years. Co-workers wait in anticipation each year to see what amazing work she will do.

In recognition of his judicial service to the State of New Hampshire and the United States of America, the justices conference room at the New Hampshire Supreme Court was dedicated to and named the David Hackett Souter Judicial Conference Room on July 9, 2008.
