SUPERIOR COURTRetirements Dana Zucker, Clerk of the Belknap County Superior Court retired on October 30, 2009. Dana is now working part-time as a Family Division referee in Laconia and Manchester, primarily in child support cases. New Employees New Superior Court Judges are: Honorable David Garfunkel , Associate Justice; Honorable Jacalyn Colburn , Associate Justice; Honorable Richard McNamara Associate Justice; and Honorable Marguerite Wageling, Associate Justice. New Superior Court employees are: Brienne Burbank, Court Assistant II, Hillsborough Superior Court South and Alexis Dabilis, Court Assistant II, Hillsborough Superior Court South; Barbara Sweet, Superior Court Coordinator, Superior Court Administrative Center; Jennifer Brooks, Court Assistant II, Rockingham Superior Court; and Deborah Allen, Court Assistant II, Rockingham County Superior Court. Promotions Promotions in the Superior Court include: Lee-Ann Deveney from Court Assistant II to Court Assistant IV at Sullivan Superior Court; Jim Peale from Court Clerk V at Sullivan County Superior Court to Court Clerk VI at Belknap County Superior Court; and Vanessa Lizotte from Court Monitor/Assistant at Portsmouth Family Division to Case Manager at Manchester Family Division.
Peggy Kraft will retire from her position at Merrimack Probate Court on December 31, 2009.
