NOTICE

Effective March 2001, there will be five minutes of uninterrupted argument at the start of each counsel’s presentation in all cases heard before the New Hampshire Supreme Court. The remaining 10 minutes of each counsel’s time for oral argument will be open to questions from the court.

The court’s decision to allow for a period of uninterrupted argument in all cases is based on the successful use of the same procedure in the new 3JX Docket.
