In Case No. 2001-118, Union Leader Corporation & a. v. State of New Hampshire, the court upon April 2, 2001, made the following order:
In light of the State’s agreement to the relief requested by petitioners, the court dismisses the case as moot and remands the matter to the Lebanon District Court for any further proceedings which may be necessary. All transcripts and exhibits shall be returned to the Lebanon District Court.
