Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 54(2), the Supreme Court of New Hampshire hereby appoints the Honorable Edwin W. Kelly as administrative judge of the family division pilot program for Grafton and Rockingham counties for a three-year term commencing March 1, 2004, and expiring February 28, 2007.
