Each party shall submit the following information to the court by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, July 1, 2002:

1. An explanation of how the overall range of deviation from the ideal population was calculated for each of the districts in the party’s plan(s), including single-member, multi-member, and floterial districts.

2. The definition of floterial district used in the plan(s) submitted by the party.
