State v. Nathaniel Kibby
CONCORD, NH - The Coos County Superior Court and Carroll County Superior Court released indictments today that were handed up by two separate grand juries in the case of State v. Nathaniel Kibby. The indictments are posted on the Judicial Branch website and can be accessed through the link below.
The grand jury in Carroll issued 5 indictments. The grand jury in Coos issued 200. The documents are broken up into 12 separate files for faster downloading on mobile devices. The presiding justice in Coos County, the Hon. Peter H. Bornstein, granted the state’s request to redact certain information in the Coos indictments. See the link below.
