If you live in Belknap, Carroll, Coos, Grafton, Merrimack, Rockingham, Sullivan or Northern Hillsborough Counties, you should file your case at the Family Division locations in those counties.
If you live in Cheshire or Southern Hillsborough Counties, you should file the following case types in the courts as listed below:
