A hearing on a motion to suspend sentence in the above captioned case is scheduled for 9 a.m., Friday, January 25, 2008 before Judge Kenneth R. McHugh at the Rockingham County Superior Court. The courthouse, located at 10 Rt.125 Brentwood, New Hampshire, will open at 8 a.m.

Approximately 65 seats will be available in the courtroom during the hearing. The court will reserve 20 seats for parties to the case and 15 seats will be reserved for the media. No video or still cameras are permitted in the courtroom except for the pool assignment. No flash or motor driven cameras will be allowed in the courtroom.

Parties and media interested in reserved seats for the above proceeding should contact Marge Lang at the Rockingham County Superior Court, 642-5256 by 4 p.m. Thursday January 24, 2008.

Seats that have not been reserved, and all other seating in the courtroom, will be available on a first come, first served basis.

All broadcast equipment should be in place and tested at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the hearing. Equipment shall not be moved, adjusted or dismantled during the hearing.

Media are advised to arrive early to park and allow for security procedures prior to entry into the courtroom. Questions about parking near the courthouse for broadcast vehicles should addressed to Marge Lang.

Cellular telephones, including those with cameras, must be turned off or in silent mode prior to entering the courtroom. Hand held tape recording devices and laptop computers are permitted.

Broadcast or print interviews will not be permitted inside the courtroom. Interviews will be permitted in the lobby outside the courtroom, unless the court determines that such activity is disruptive to security or courthouse operations.
