NEW HAMPSHIRE COURT SCHEDULE

The clerks and registers offices in all New Hampshire courts will be open on Wednesday, February 2, 2011, with limited staff.

Clerks and registers will contact attorneys and/or litigants in cases in which a hearing or trial must occur as scheduled on Wednesday. All other court hearings and trials scheduled in the Superior, District and Probate Courts and the Family Division are cancelled and will be rescheduled.

All filing deadlines established by court rules remain in effect unless relief is granted by motion in an individual case.
