(1) Order of the Court. The order of the Court after hearing motions under this
rule will be, if the motion is granted, substantially as follows: "Ordered placed on the Trial Docket on the first available date," or "Ordered placed on the Trial Docket on the first available date after
_____ (date)______." The Court shall also determine from counsel the probable number of days required to try the case.
(2) Dates Not Assigned. The Clerk can use all dates not reserved for assignment of trials and assign back-up cases in the usual manner to fill the Trial Docket.
